Friendly hotel

Posted 17-Dec-2016
Cons: Hot water
Location: Great location
I had a great room, well turned out to be a suite. Staff very friendly and went the extra mile to provide me with an early breakfast as I was checking out early. Only issue was that there was no hot water in the morning so shower was tepid

Ok hotel for Stephens green, but pricey

Posted 03-Nov-2016
Pros: Comfy bed, bar in hotel could do with a good clean especially windows, I am a facilities background so noticed that it should have a good dusting
Cons: Staff in bar standing around doing nothing
Location: Near Stephens Green
Room was clean and big, comfy bed, had a lovely view of flats having a bomfire😒

Pros: Room was clean, front Desk helpful, location was good
Cons: No parking, room lighting was poor - sounds crazy but once nighttime hit there was not enough lighting in the room to find.things

Well Situated.

Posted 19-Oct-2016
Pros: Location is excellent, especially its proximity to the lovely Stephens Green.
Cons: Nothing really, although the selection of TV channels could be broadened to include news stations from a greater variety of countries.
Location: As noted, location is the hotel's best feature. If you like to walk, it's quite easy to stroll down to O'Connell Street and other tourist areas.
First time in Dublin, and we probably could not have chosen a better hotel -- adjacent to Stephens Green, close to a fair number of restaurants, and within a comfortable walking distance from most major tourist attractions in the city. Staff was courteous and helpful as well.

Good position

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: Position and staff
Cons: Topping up tea and coffee. Housekeeping could be more on top of this.
Location: Shopping at grafton st - 3 min walk. Most other places i.e. Trinity college, temple bar 10 mins.
Hotel staff welcoming and nothing to much trouble. Room in new wing. Spacious, clean and comfy bed with lovely shower. Bar good with accommodating staff. Hotel in great position for shopping and tourist areas.

Stunning room

Posted 17-Oct-2016
Location: Fantastic location for all bars, eateries & shops.Overlooking St Stephens Green & yards from the tram stop. Ideally located.
Beautiful, modern hotel. I stayed in an executive suite, which was very spacious & included a king sized bed. The suite was extremely clean & had all amenities. A special mention for the shower! The best I've ever had! I would definitely stay here again!

Check in early morning hours 2:30 am. Get to room no towels the ac doesn't work the phone doesn't work. Fire alarm goes off accidentally at 7 am. All round terrible stay for one night and it is not a cheap hotel! Unacceptable

Great location to get about the city. In walking distance to many destinations of interest (National Museums, National Gallery, Book of Kells, across the street from St Stephens Park) but yet a quiet neighborhood. Hotel is comfortable, great breakfast, but the cocktail lounge can stand improvement (asked for several common drinks that the bar was unable to provide, and cleanliness could have been better)
