Modern American-style hotel in a good neighborhood

Posted 25-Oct-2016
Pros: The location was excellent, there is a shuttle service that gets you to the airport right outside and is an easy walk to everything.
Location: It is an easy walk to all the sites on the South side.
We spent 3 nights in this hotel in this upscale neighborhood about 1km from city center. The political party in power was hosting their biggest fundraiser of the year which says a lot. The staff was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The scones at the bar were excellent.

Pleasant stay

Posted 08-Oct-2016
Pros: Lovely cookie on arrival!! We arrived early so sat in the bar for a drink. The room was ready within an hour.
Cons: Can't think of anything in particular
Location: The city centre is about a 25-30 minute walk away so maybe catch a bus back or always plenty of taxis around. Nice bar/restaurant 5 mins away
Clean, bright & spacious twin bedroom. Very comfy bed.

Nice hotel, wish our experience has been better

Posted 02-Oct-2016
Pros: Breakfast Facilities
Cons: Noisy Neighbours Hardness of beds
Location: Walkable distance to Dublin city centre and nightlife
I had high hopes for this hotel, being a Hilton, and the facilities did not disappoint. Our room was large and comfortable, though the bed was a little bit hard. Breakfast was excellent and the food/drinks we sampled from the hotel's restaurant were also lovely and competitively priced with the rest of Dublin (which is an expensive city). The one let down was the construction site next door. On the Saturday morning, work next door started at 8am and we enquired at the desk if this was likely to happen again before we checked out Monday morning. We were assured it would be just the same on Monday (which wasn't a problem as we had to be up for our flight) but in reality it was much earlier: just before 7am! I was extremely annoyed because if the staff had told us this we would have taken up their offer to move rooms - we did not need to be up so early for out flight. Really took the sheen off what was otherwise a lovely weekend away.

Posted 27-Sep-2016
Pros: Leuke lounge, bar, eetzaal. Goed verzorgde kamers
Cons: niets
Location: Beetje ver van het centrum, maar altijd taxi's beschikbaar. Organiseren aktiviteiten voor je, concierge goed op de hoogte en behulpzaam
Prettig hotel, goede faciliteiten, aardig personeel.

Uitmuntend hotel

Posted 18-Sep-2016
Ontbijt volgende ochtend uitstekend.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable.

Posted 17-Sep-2016
Pros: Very central in Dublin
Cons: Parking
Location: Not far to Temple Bar
Only drawback was the parking - several conferences on & nowhere to park for several hours. Ended up parking on double yellow lines until parking became available. There was plenty of parking for coaches which were not being used. Why could they not have opened it up for the duration of the parking problem.

Wir waren zufrieden. Zimmer war gut und ruhig. Frühstück ist auch besser als bei vielen anderen Hotels. Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus. Gerne wieder.

Great location for exploring Dublin

Posted 30-Aug-2016
Pros: Location.
Location: 20 minute walk to Grafton Street. We walked back to the hotel from the city centre via Baggot Street a couple of night- lots of nice pubs and places.
Great location. There is an Aircoach bus stop right outside which very handy. Very helpful staff. Lots of nice places to wander to near by. Room was comfortable and everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

Definitely choose

I was worried never been to Dublin before exactly how far it would be from the centre- but it's great! You can get an aircoach directly from airport to hotel and back! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, would be nice to have a pool or something but as a city hotel it was what I needed. Comfortable and clean and safe! Highly recommend!
