They charged me in the morning ignoring the fact that the room was payed through Expedia. The exact same thing happened the previous day at the Red Cow Moran, the ignored the fact that I had payed through Expedia. They were worse because with the Red Cow it’s been days and I still have not been reimbursed.

Very nice hotel, will definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, comfortable bed and lots of space. Bathroom was clean. The towels we had were a bit stained and I found two hairs on them which wasn’t pleasant but that is the only gripe I have. Staff were great, hotel is beautiful, lots of taxis outside and a bus stop nearby to get into town.

Clean hotel but our stuff went missing

We stayed here for only 4 nights, had a bag full of souvenirs that we kept under the desk for the first 3 nights but the last night we were there, the bag was gone when we returned that night. We were told by the duty manager that they checked the garbage and it was not there which must mean it was stolen. This of course ruined our whole vacation. The hotel told us to just buy souvenirs at the airport and send them the receipts and they would reimburse us which they did. However there were many items that we could not replace which really upset me. I will NEVER stay at another Clayton hotel nectar of this. I hope Clayton resolves this issue with their employee but I dont feel like I was compensated for the loss.

Good hotel for Dublin

Stayed in this hotel for a business trip. Be aware there are a few Clayton hotels in Dublin, the Burlington Road is a bit further out but has on site parking. Reception staff were competent and efficient, the coffee bar staff in the morning were excellent ( no need for a an expensive breakfast). The room was nice but the twin room I was staying in had narrow beds. All in all would definitely stay there again.

Great room

Great room with very comfy bed and quiet location. 10 mim walk to the Luas then a short ride to the city. Good selection for breakfast. Excellent customer service from all staff. My TV didn't work and was fixed within 15mins. I also had to call reception for another guest who had a medical issue on my floor . Imediate and impressive response from duty manager Nicole and her team. Enjoyed my stay here.

Great hotel close to bus line

Hotel was great. Staff was amazing and treated my 75 yr old mom like she was their mom. Desislava is an amazing sever. Loved the time we stayed there.

Very nice hotel. Nice to have breakfast in the hotel the bar was big and served meals I would definitely stay again. Concierge very helpful with booking tours and taxis. Thanks Paul!!
