Showhead was too close to the wall making it awkward to shower. The bed I had was worn out, it was very uncomfortable. No free coffee in lobby or breakfast? Next time I will stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

Housekeeping! We stayed for 3 nights, 4 days. No one stopped in to pick up trash once. I left a bag outside our room. It was still there 24 hours later, so I had to schlep it to a garbage bin. No clear towels delivered until I asked for them. No collection of used towels. They were piled up in room when we left. COVID protocols are over! Unless we’re going to change prices on rooms, a consumer deserves housekeeping each day. Also, many rooms are used for residences for locals needing assistance.
