One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
The room was spacious, comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all warm, friendly and helpful. A special mention needs to go to the garden on 8 team who were brilliant.

Although I work in a luxury hotel my self, I havent done a spot check in this hotel. The one thing that caught my eye was the silicone around the bath; showed unprofessional work.
Overlooking that issue though our room was on the 27th floor with amazing sea view!
We had a self catering apartment which only had a microwave, not stove.
The pool is very spacious and two staff working at the Pool Bar (Jake and Jujin) were exceptional!
The hotel overall is excellent. Just few little issues; waiting an hour for an ironing board, a random call at 7am etc.
Definitelly would recommend this hotel to anyone because of the location and views also easy transportation with Metro just outside the hotel entrance.
Overall rating 7 out of 10.
The only set back is the road noise but other than this this a nice place to stay. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge/freezer oven, two element cooker and washing machine, ironing board and iron, all you could nees. Hundred yards from the metro makes it easy to get around . Plent of taxis out front. Plenty of places or lunch within walking distance. Metro goes to the airport T1 and T3
Hotel staff at all levels were very helpful and professional. Whilst the hotel is part of a multi-purpose low level complex, medical centres, educational colleges etc it felt empty. Everything was large including the rooms. The room colour schemes are boring and a little dull, whilst the public areas are quite nice. I don't know the market requirement or the local competition, but I felt the rooms could easily be half the size, more colourful and more cosy. It was rare to see anyone in a corridor and very few people in the restaurant. Maybe local people travelling with their extended families would need the space, but not the business traveller or a couple.
