This spacious apartment offers a homely & bright feel with a modern  
design and high-end furnishings throughout. There is plenty space to  
relax and unwind as well as a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable  
king-sized bed, TV with Netflix as well as Marina, pool and partial  
Dubai Eye (Ain) views. The apartment is a short 6-minute walk from the  
beach & metro and just 17 minutes away from Dubai International  
Airport.  
  
The space  
  
This 1 bedroom apartment features an ensuite master bedroom with a  
king-sized bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, perfect for  
movie nights or an extra guest! The lounge, kitchen & dining area are  
all inter-connected which makes the room feel open & spacious.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to  
themselves.  
  
Other things to note  
  
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an  
additional cost, if required.  
  
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and  
basic shower amenities are provided.  
The sofa bed linen is available upon request and must be pre-arranged  
in advance. Additional charges will apply.
