Great location, spacious rooms. I noticed that at the time of my stay in March the pool was always in the shade so I did not go there

Overall, the stay was rather disappointing. Service was exceptionally slow and certain expectations such as outlets next to both sides of the bed were not met.

The hotel staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are ok but they need to be more efficient cleaned. Some faucets need to be fixed, they were a bit loose. When I arrived the key card wasn’t working properly after multiple attends to open the door. Thank god the hotel staff were very helpful and fixed the issue immediately. In general it was an ok experience.

The H Hotel is Still a Favorite
The Hotel is beautiful, eventful with lots of venues on location and the service is excellent. Check in was extremely pleasant, special thanks to Eslam, who made the entire stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and amazing, the only comment is that they are starting to show some "aging" but are still beautiful and clean.
