Besides the fact that we needed to pay 1 night extra in order to do the check-in 3 hours earlier, the room wasn't clean at all. The carpet was very dirty, and above the bed were dead mosquitos and some mold (Please see the photos attached). Also, the air conditioning wasn't working properly and every morning we woke up frozen. After I called the engineer he promised us that he resolved the issue. He did some settings on the air cond, but nothing changed. The next morning we were waking up the same as before, frozen. We called on the reception and they said to don't worry because someone will be there to fix it. Nobody came. On our last day there, we were to take breakfast and they blocked our access to the room. It was 12:02. We just wanted to take our baggage from the room in order to do the checkout, but we weren't able to go inside the room. I went to the reception and they said that they are very busy at the moment and to wait upstairs because someone will come to help us. I was waiting for more than half an hour and nobody came. On the first day, we found the Vanity Kit and our shower gel already used. The breakfast was ok, even if they served the same thing every single day. With all these being said, I will not recommend this hotel...
