But the apartment does not have any utilities I had to go and physically buy pans and other things. Response from the managers of the property that are surely a call centre is useless. Impossible to talk with anybody. They are many nice apartments in Dubai. So I cannot rate the state based on the apartment. I rate my stay for the inexistence of services from the renter.
