The room was totally different from the pictures on site.its not clean and especially the bathroom you cant go inside or take a shower.I booked another hotel directly after I reached and saw all this.

Very terrible and will not go there for sure. The room we were given was extrenely dusty and they do not clean it properly. The rest room is a mess and bathroom no hot water. Worst part is that your heae the elevetor from your room whole night!

Very loud in the Hotel, on my floor there was a laundry facility making all types of noise, outside you could hear the street to much. You could hear the Mosque constantly. You could also hear the 3 nightclubs going on all throughout the night.

Do not stay here
I was very disappointed with this hotel, the condition of the hotel it’s nothing like what you see in the pictures. The rooms smell like cigarette. There is a nightclub next to the front desk and I could hear the music in my room (in the 4th floor) and the bathroom was in bad shape. The front desk staff kept our passports for the night and we got them back at check out, they couldn’t give a reasonable explanation as to why they needed to keep our passports. Luckily we only booked one night at that hotel. I do not recommend this hotel.

My trip to Dubai, UAE was fantastic and sweet for my stay at the Palm Beach Hôtel, Dubai; I got a welcoming reception by the staff from the taxi to the reception and to my room. I got a room with all the amenities listed online and the internet speed was very fast and no restrictions on all my request at anytime I call for services. It’s an home away from home and my next visit is been planned to visit again soon, Keep it up.

Its a nice hotel at Bur Dubai. Rooms are clean & facilities are worth.Though quality of services are not so good but since it’s location is at Bur Dubai every transport is within your reach like Bus Stop, Metro.

Horrendous experience , in fact I had to book another hotel last minute . Rude staff unapologetic , manager is never there . Cheap prices to lure you in but the hotel is far from 4 what you see in the pictures

Amazingly surprised by more additional fee this and that's. Even to park a car you need to pay 30 per day and they brought it to park away far from hotel.

It was a terrible overall experience. The hotel is pathetic - their service was very bad with rude staff. The breakfast was below average. The amenities of the hotel was worst. The locker was not operational at all. The refrigerator was not cooling. The air conditioner was malfunctioning. It was the worst hotel stay in my life. I made several complaints to the hotel front desk but it was waste of time and efforts and nothing changed. The hotel staff demanded us to pay 30 Dhs for parking our car in the hotel parking on the road side for half hour. Please beware of this hotel - this is what I have experienced - stay at your own risk.

We have gone through your comments and have come across the fact that there was an issue with the Locker which you had informed to the reception and the same was replaced with another locker. Post your review we had done a check with our chief engineer and have found out that the air-condition and refrigerator are in good working condition. Also would like to mention that the same room was later occupied by other guest and we had no complaints on the issues mentioned by you. However with regards to services issues and breakfast we could have assisted and resolved the same during your two days stay at the hotel have you had informed us at the same time. However we will discuss with our F&B team to rework the menu with better options. With regards to the parking it was informed to you upon arrival that there will be a charge and it was your decision either to take it or not and the hotel had no dispute on the same as it was not forced upon you and was merely your call on the same. Our impression of the palm beach hotel
We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The cleaning staff were friendly and professional. They made our stay very enjoyable. The front desk. We're great when we checked in and out. I will stay again when we return.

Front office and entire service is poor. Charged me extra money at the time of checkout and did not communicate me. Due to this i missed my flight.

Dear Mr. AAmir, You had requested a late checkout for 6PM, and you agreed to pay the late check out fees of AED 200. You arrived back to the hotel to check out at 9PM, as a courtesy we did not charge you extra. We fail to understand how you are accusing the hotel for charging you extra money and missing your flight when it was you who checked out late.

The hotel deserves a worse rating, but they did offer to upgrade me. Either to a different hotel or to the non-smoking room that I had requested. Jet lag and a short busy stay did not permit moving. Noisy maids and clients. Alarms of some sort alarm sounds (maybe emergency exit doors). Intermittent WiFi. Poor cable. Low water pressure. Air conditioning stops upon leaving room and struggles to cool upon re-entering. I’m not sure how to label the area. Sidewalks with potholes. No food options for Americans: mystery meat in thirty weight sauce. Expensive taxi ride to good restaurants. Friendly staff, some spoke English, some faked it.
