Bad recepcianest and check-in proceas
I had a very bad experiance with the check-in process and the recepcianest Mr. Saad who was helpless at all. I came to Duabi's hotels so many times and used to stay in so many hotels in Duabi, i was happy with all my staying, but this time was the worst stay on whole my life
