I would say it’s just a 4 stars hotel.The hotel is getting old.Rooms are not properly cleaned at all and sometimes the wait for the elevator is long,the staff is ok.

In reality this is a 3* hotel
Anywhere in Europe and probably also the rest of the world this would be max 3 stars hotel. Service is nice but they don’t know how to maintain a hotel up to a high standard. Room floor was never cleaned. We left dirty towels on the bathroom floor and they hanged them back?! Who does that?! I had to call housecleaning to explain that everything from the floor needs to be taken out and clean towels put in. It was quite and the location is good. Overall this is a cheap 5* hotel so you get what you paid for.
