To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for both you and us, we kindly ask you to read and follow the below guidelines. \- Standard Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM and Check-Out is 11:00 AM. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are subject to availability and additional cost. \- Primary guests are required to sign a rental agreement and pay a refundable deposit after booking (Before check-in). The deposit amount will vary based on the length and cost of the stay. Deposit refunds will be issued within 7 business days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the unit. \- For building registration purposes, we will require a copy of the passports for all guests occupying the unit prior to their arrival.
