Great view from the room to the sea and also to the great wheel Al Ain. Room was spacious, great level of soft lighting. Needs a little updating, as I believe they are already undertaking measures right now.

Stayed in October 2025 (UK half term break dates) . Really enjoyed it , breakfast has lots of options, plenty of things to do around the hotel, staff is friendly. Room was a large size and well equipped with all amenities, only downsize i felt was the room was dark even with all lights on but the view room rhe balcony was stunning so happy days

Staff were excellent, Room was spacious, amenities were top notch, Buffet was the best with over 150 varieties to choose from. We could not fault anything at all. The only thing we had to suffer was paying for our child breakfast who is 14 years, expedia booking say it counts as a child between 0-16years, but hotel counts between 0-4 years, so we had to spend bit more money on the top. Please make sure you are transparent Expedia. Thank you.

The hotel is so beautiful. People very nice. Beyond clean rooms. Convenient restaurants to eat not just at the hotel but at other restaurants from the same hotel chain. In general great service. I would definitely recommend it.

In my opinion I will give this hotel 4 star from 5 star it was great family vacation was best , but the stuff in the hotel their exceptional service and kindness and their welcoming hospitality I will give this hotel 5 star from 5 , speciall thanks to Saeed and shalaby and Mahmoud and all the stuff they are really a star

This hotel was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality from the staff in general made us feel like home away from home. Loved the decor and the variety of restaurants/ cuisines that they offered. It's a little far from downtown Dubai but it's worth the experience. Highly recommend it.

This property is amazing & so luxurious! Very massive with great amenities such as spa, workout gym, movie, restaurants & much more. The staff were so professional, helpful & welcoming. I will definitely be returning. Excellent choice by the marina /water.

Still a nice hotel but not quite 5\* anymore - tacky hair braiding stand in the main area. Now has a beach club. Staff coming back to the rooms for tips!

Excellent staff, exceptional amenities, clean, quiet and beautiful. The only downside is that it's kind of out of the way with traffic to get to the Harbor or town.
