Comfortable stay but not 5*
Comfortable spacious rooms with nice large bed, had to change pillows though as feather ones were hard. A snack trolley comes round every evening offering sweets, nuts and crisps and free non alcoholic mini bar which is replenished every day. The pool area is not big enough for the size of the hotel, if you don't reserve a bed early on you won't get one and we only a handful of parasols. The breakfast was good, lots of selection for different nationalities. The evening however was a different experience, we are there twice once off the menu and once buffet. The buffet was cold and not nice quality, not what you would expect from a 5* hotel. The sister hotel on the palm is much more luxurious, hotel offers a free shuttle bus but not a regular service. Would only stay again if we were to watch the tennis as next door to the stadium and Irish village.
