Lovely hotel close to beach and water park

Excellent stay would highly recommend staff friendly and welcoming Room comfortable worth staying in one of the newly renovated rooms Restaurants excellent choice particularly breakfast Half board good value Beautiful beaches and pools

Hotel is outdated and over priced

well we think that we where disappointed in overall, you have to ask staff twice to get something , you have to fight for the place around the pool , hotel is very overpriced . we did have half board but had to pay for the none alcoholic drinks even the water ! ho ewer weather is outstanding , down town is excellent .......

A very mixed bag

We are a family of four and have just returned from a week at The Jumeriah Beach hotel. On Arrival we had high expectations, this was quickly dashed when we were shown to our room a superior room with balcony on the 4th floor. The room was dated, tired and heavily worn. The balcony had hair, ash and old matches left on it and the balcony furniture and style was uninspiring. The block look meant you couldn't see over it very well when seated. I complained and the balcony was rectified immediately. The house keeping guy throughout the stay was brilliant and made animals from towels for the children and was very attentive. I was told however that the other half of the hotel was being renovated, a fact I wasn't made aware of by Expedia before traveling! We were given access to the executive club and pool area to keep us happy. The general pool area and the executive pool were exactly the same. Full to the brim with people and lilo's. It looked like a scene from a hotel in Benidorm not the 5star luxury I was expecting. The saving grace to this holiday was the facilities. It was wonderful to use all the different restaurants of all the hotels and to be able to travel between all by the excellent buggy facility. The children loved unlimited access to Wild Wadi and the souk nearby was a lovely place to stroll around after dinner. The half board is definitely worth while and I would do it again but maybe pick another Jumeriah hotel within the group.

Nice hotel part of a group of luxury properties

From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were met with happiness and professionalism. We had no concerns once in ththe hands of the Jumeirah staff. The food, staff and security was incredible. We're part of their family.

Top Hotel with everything you need.

From Arrival to Departure, the best experience I have ever had at a hotel. Pools, kids activities and water park were perfect for the Family. Rooms were emaculate, big enough for 2 extra kids beds and great seaview with Balcony.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Great amenities.

Pros: Everything! Location was superior. Central to all attractions.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Beach, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates.
Service was great even during Ramadan. Would stay again and again.

A great chain and solid property

Pros: Beach. A variety of food outlets. Functional rooms.
Cons: Jumeirah set the bar for excellence. Too bad there isn't a Jumeirah property in each city.
There is some maintenance work being carried out. Unfortunately the room looked over the maintenance site. It was noisy and an eye sore. I requested a room change and they were unable to accommodate the first night. They promised to on the next night. True to their word, I got a gorgeous room. They also comped me breakfast for my inconvenience. The staff are attentive and "No" is not in their vocabulary. They will go out of their way to accomadate.

Pros: Clean rooms and upgraded rooms very comfortable
Cons: Service and quality
Location: Mall of emirates and Wild Wadis
Standards have dropped with service and food taking a toll Looks like staff are doing more jobs so look stressed and cut backs means quality gets affected Lounge drinks have cheap prosseco and spirits; when questioned about it ,apparently depends on what season you go there!!
