Junior suite was excellent. They gave me 3 hours earlier-thank you. But there was no Seaview (partial). The club is on level 32, but between 11-18h there is nothing. Also both coffee machines didn't work Staff is great, water in my room was not hot weather warm (405). Spa is closed, only steam bath is opened
Close to airport, accessibility to shopping centres, near metro station. Availability of Taxis and in house restaurants are excellent
overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay - except that they had issues with network in the morning resulting in NO TV, NO WIFI, no telephone
The check in process was very poor. Took longtime to check in and without giving any details and information about the room or services. It is over rated hotel and 4 start is fair not 5 . The BF area was crowded and service was poor. The are no enough people for the valet parking area.
Worst stay ever and I didn’t recommend it at all, and the staff have charged me something I didn’t want which is really irritating
