Asked concierge to find alternative accommodation and the company he called had my booking! So managed to check in at last. Flat was fine for what I needed as only sleeping there but very tired furniture - old and basic sofa. Needs painting. Bed comfortable though and loads of storage . Location more important for me as my friends live on 14 floor.
