Amazing hotel. Staff, faciltities, food - all great. The only downside to this property is the amount of people putting towels on loungers to reserve them, at the pool area, then leaving the pool for hours at a time. The pool staff try their best to stop this but the practice persists. Extremely selfish behaviour that could do with being rectified, asap.

Overall nice hotel. I stayed at a premium room, i was promised water view but unfortunately I didn’t get it! Room is okay, bathroom is great but bed room is tiny. Bed setting is very disturbing with 10 huge cushions all over with nowhere to place! Dinning options are excellent but if you want to get really great food order room service. Buddha Bar dinner was nice but cocktails were awful! Despite the disappointing room location this hotel is special because of its staff, i will come again just to enjoy the welcoming vibe and amazing service i got.

Amazing service, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located in the marina with access to the beach via their sister hotel. Enjoyed the level 44 bar and breakfast was excellent.
