PROPERTY WAS LOVELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE. OUTDOOR POOL IS HEATED SAME WITH THE INDOOR POOL. THE LAZY RIVER IS NOT HEATED. BEACH WAS ALSO VERY NICE.

Usless hotel for young children, baby pool cold and too deep - children not allowed in the main pool. Big leak coming from the bathroom ceiling so bathroom was always soaked, not what you expect from a 5* hotel. Dirty bedside tables. Stained carpets. Staff all very friendly but not always that helpful.

The hotel is well located on the Palm Jumeirah. At the moment there is a building site next door onto which my bedroom faced. The hotel appears primarily to be attracting families who allow their children to run and scream in the lobby. The beach restaurant, West 14, also caters to this market. Napkins and cutlery arrive after the food has been eaten with your fingers. Unfortunately this was not a five star experience.
