Great location. Taxis readily available outside, next door to the metro and excellent supermarkets underneath. Appartment had an excellent view of the dubai mall and you can even see part of the fountain display. The condition of the appartment was ok but needs a bit of a refresh only due to use overtime.

The property was great and extremely conveniently located by the Dubai Mall metro station. Not having a front desk makes the check-in process a little inconvenient if you are not certain of your time of arrival and an extra hassle to think about ahead of time. If you know when you'll be there then it's all rather straight forward!

Excellent introduction from the guest manager Mr Khamol. Location was brilliant adjacent to the metro and Dubai Mall. Accommodation very comfortable, clean and spacious. Pool area needs a little TLC, but itself is good. A great city vacation location for travelling and enjoying the sites.

On the surface, when first getting into the APT I was impressed. The Guest Experience Maker Mr. Khamol was very professional and friendly. Here is when it went sour, after Mr. Khamol left we all sat down in the living room to relax before unpacking..the T.V. could not pull a signal..so we called Mr. Khamol and he sent up his assistant who got the T.V. to work but we couldn't change channels or anything...found out the batteries were dead in the remote. But it was feeling a little cramp in the living room so I went to go to the Master bedroom to watch T.V. but then realised there is no T.V. in the master bedroom...in a 3 bedroom apt there was only 1 T.V. Ok. fine...I decided to log into the wifi internet maybe watch some netflix from my personal device instead....That was a NoGo as well. The wifi only seems to work in the living room and not the whole APT. So pretty much we were held hostage to the living room for any personal entertainment in uncomfortable plastic dining room chairs. Then my children started to freak out after the first day as they saw a couple of huge bugs crept up on them from the couch. After that i was ready to go. But the personnel was nice. it was walking distance to Dubai Mall which was a plus, but I won't be staying again...will go back to my usual hotel when I visit Dubai.

Amazing views of the Burj Khalifa
Absolutely incredible views!! The beds were so comfortable, no detail left out, everything was amazing. Miss Cecille was so helpful, she did a brilliant job of making our stay a lovely one.

The place is truly fantastic. The location and views from the apartment are excellent and it's super quiet. There is only a 10 minutes walk to the famous Dubai mall and Burj-al- Khalifa. Also there is a subway station right across from the entrance to the building.

Good location and great atmosphere
Very good location , closer to Dubai mall & Bhurj Kalifa you can walk around . Having a Grocery store in the basement so you can buy daily needs . Nice view of Dubai fountain & Bhuj Kalifa from the Apartment Charging Cleaning charges separately which should be avoided

Great location
Enjoyed staying at Dream Inn especially the free upgrade to the Penthouse. Nice apartment, some furniture were broken or suffered serious wear and tear. All said, I would stay there again.

I think for the most part the experience was great. We had a few issue but nothing to warrant a terrible review. They gave me first-class treatment. I got picked up from airport and meet with travel coordinator. The check-in process went fine as well as the walk through. The overall experience was great.

Good place to stay with family
This place is 15 minute walking distance from Dubai Mall plus you have free parking. Decor is supper nice and kitchen has all necessary things. Biggest con is too much construction is taking place around this building so getting to your hotel is very tricky. Even navigation gets confused.

Hi Our apartment were of High standard. Area is perfect next to burj kaliffa. Swimmingpool area is only for a “dip”. It’s not very cozy. Staff were really disappointing. No help with fixing issues for a curtain problem. No help to get a taxi, no help to order food, cleaning were not that good.

ドバイモール駅改札から出てすぐの階段を降りた所です。とても便利です。 私の泊まった日はとても安く泊まることができました。この場所でこの価格はとてもコストパフォーマンスがいい。 ホテルを出た左には大きくはありませんがスーパーがあり、ほとんどのものが揃います。 泊まった部屋はアパートメント 1 ベッドルーム シティビュー、25Fで景色がいいです、遠くにThe Worldの島々が少し見えました。 キッチンには必要なものはすべて揃っていますし、電子レンジ、コーヒーマシン、アイロンなども設置されています。 部屋もインテリア含め、とても素敵でした。 このホテルのポイントはホテルではなくマンションの部屋を貸してくれる、という感じなのでチェックインが少し面倒です。 まず、到着の１時間前以前に電話連絡を入れておく、メールで何人泊まるか、など連絡を入る。 電話で話すことに自信がなかったので、その日まで宿泊していたホテルのフロントの人に頼み、先方に電話してもらいました。 ホテル（マンション）に到着すると警備員に宿泊を伝え、鍵の管理人を待つ、その後部屋に案内されチェックイン。 チェックアウトは部屋に管理人が来てくれてチェックアウト、という方法でした。 この方法で部屋を借りたのは初めてだったので不安でしたが、やってみれば問題はありません。 ただ、ホテルのフロントで、というわけにはいかないので、それなりに面倒ではありますが、自宅にいるような快適さがあり、ホテルよりリラックスできると思います。

bokade rum för 4 vuxna men fick endast en dubbelsäng. De andra var tvungna att köpa till extra säng för 350kr/dag och per säng. Inte direkt vad man räknar med när man bokar rum för 4 vuxna. Aldrig mer Hotels.com

اقامتي جيده ولكن عندما حان موعد خروجي قام الموظف بفحص الشقه كاملة وسمح لي بالذهاب وعد مرور 5 ساعات ابلغني هاتفيا ان الكرسي والاريكه قد احترق الفراش العلوي منها فقلت له هذا شيء صغير جدا وغير ظاهر ولكن سوف اقوم باستبدال فرس الاريكه اما الكرسي فلم اكن الفاعل ثم مالبث ان كتب لي ان التكلفه 1500 وهي كبيره جدا ومبالغ فيها بالنسله مع حجم الضرر وقد ابلغته ان لايقوم بالاصلاح اذا تجاوزت القيمه 200 درهم رلكن هو تصرف على مايرغب

Avec 4 enfants de 1 à 8 ans, l appart hôtel était la solution. Au pied de la station de métro Dubaï mall, on peut aller à pieds au mall. Appart très bien équipé et décoré.
