It is quiet and peacefull. Gocery is close. Movemenyt to airport is easy. Staff of the hotel are excellent. But amenities quality is very poor. It needs renovation.

Staff were great & helpful & even upgrade us from delux rooms to 2 room suite with no added fees, But The price compared to the place is not worth it. As the place is old. And the cleanliness of the bedrooms and the kitchen needs to be monitored more, and it is also preferable to use insecticides in the place. Pay attention to washing and sterilizing sheets and pillows well from dirt and odors

There was a leak from the roof by the kitchen towards the end of the trip. This was fixed but it was a hazard, as we had a baby with us. The customer service at breakfast was good and friendly. They staff was cooperative and friendly.

Do not stay here
Terrible nights stay in two bedroom apartment. Out of date food in the fridge, previous occupants hair extensions in the kitchen drawer, body hair in the beds, ripped linen, mirrors not cleaned, no smoking room stank of smoke like an 90’s night club and furniture was run down to stay the least.. would never stay here again for any reason

The internet is soooo weak and it has been reported But it was not resolved even until we check out. My cousin and her husband have been visiting me at the hotel without asking any identification. And all of a sudden the receptionist won’t allow her to visit me without any identification.

The best part of the hotel is the rooftop swimming pool. Sanju, the lifeguard there is very pleasant and friendly and it's peaceful up there. The gym is ok, enough to have a decent workout. The hotel overall is a bit dated. My checkin experience was great, I was informed that I had been given a free upgrade to have more space as we were three people. However, after getting our room. The experience went downhill. Firstly, the shower in the bathroom leaked really badly. There was water all over the floor after using the shower. We spent so much time trying clean the floor as the wet floor is very dangerous. We informed guest relations several times about this and we had a couple of visits from the staff who informed us the issue has been fixed. But it still leaked and the floor was still wet and was very dangerous. Secondly, the additional bed we were given had a mattress that was in such a bad state that I got no sleep at all on the first night. In fact I had a sore back as a result. I informed the front desk in the morning explaining about the mattress and the leaking shower. I also told staff that we would be out all day after 11.30 am, I was promised that everything would be looked into and sorted out by the time we got back. It was not. So we had to call front desk yet again to ask for the mattress change. Thirdly, several times we informed guest relations that we are three people and to please provide us with three bath, hand and face towels. Yet we had to

i was very welcomed everyday it was like my second home sathesh lito and emily was very nice and helpful along with rokan at restaurants was nice and served breakfast all the staff had a smile. I love the fact that this property is clean, well maintained and gives one a sense of being at home in a quiet and peaceful environment. However, I am not deeply impressed with the unyielding attitude of the staff at the reception at the time of my arrival, who had difficulty understanding that, unless stated clearly otherwise on the hotel website or other hotel's subsidiaries, when a customer pays for a super deluxe room in a hotel apartment, on arrival the customer excepts to be assigned a room; not a studio. Having travel a very long distance to get to this hotel late in the evening, I cringingly stayed in this facility only two nights to enable me find a better hotel apartment I was happy and comfortable with. I found a better hotel apartment on Al Rigga Road in Deira, which is better and has better customer service. I was really looking forward to spending three weeks of my vacation in one of the hotel apartments in this facility, but the unwillingness of the staff at Movenpick Hotel Apartments in Al Mamzar, Dubai to work with me made this hotel to loose me as a customer and guest. Had the hotel staff worked with me in assigning me a "room apartment", not a studio, as I had requested, I would not mind spending my entire vacatuion in this factility. My advise to anyone who wishes to stay in this facility is to ask many questions and clarification between super deluxe room and studio; premier deluxe and regular room; and a hotel apartment.

No one explained the master switch to turn on all the appliances and the electrical switches. We had to keep asking for small hand/face/wash cloths and they kept bringing us the big body towels. No one told us that we also needed to leave our key card in the slot in the wall also for the electrical to work.
