We were staying on the ocean side which was a bit noisy. But overall had a great stay. Beach and pool were very nice with an awesome view of Dubai skyline. Breakfast was very good. It was nice to have a kitchen and washing machine in the room.

It was a great stay, we were very happy! The only topic was that there was too much noise in the morning from the room above us, especially from chairs that were moved. Would make sense to equip the furniture with noise reducing pads. Regards Kai

Great hideaway resort with top class service
The staff was amazing and when an issue arose, everything was done to fix it. The privacy, large residence and peace of the whole resort really allowed us to fully rest. Parking was easy and access to Dubai very convenient (more so than other locations closer to town).

Best Hotel
This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever been in. Clean, luxurious, nice, great caring team since the first moment, delicious generous breakfast, wonderful cleaning service, great laundry service. It has all that you need to have a very special hotel experience. They always made sure to take the extra step to help us and make us happy. The concierge office always offered help and they actually helped us make reservations with restaurants and with airport ride when we left the office. This will be our first choice when we come back to Dubai (hopefully soon).

We can warmly recommend Kempinski Palm Jumeirah
Overall the hotel is amazing. We had a huge suite which was excellent. The hotel is family friendly (we have three kids :). Concierge did their utmost to help with our requests and most of the staff were professional and service minded. An improvement area is the service. Some of the staff forgot orders and sometimes the restaurants felt understaffed. We also had an unpleasant experience with a hostess at one of the restaurants but her behavior improved a lot after our feedback was given.

Lovely Week
We stayed in two rooms. The first was on the first floor so no views and was on the sea side so the traffic noise was heavy. Also the master bed mattress was the hardest mattress I have ever slept on. But after some discussion we were moved up to the top floor and ironically the mattress in the master was the most comfortable I have slept on. The best part of the stay I must say was the hotel staff. From the check in, concierge to the wait staff, room service and housekeeping these are the true hero’s of the kempinski. Bravo on your hiring and training programs.

Issue with the reception guy on arrival - said he upgraded our room, when clearly he had given us one of the last rooms availbale - despite me booking 3 months in advance! We complained and got moved and I did get an apology in the end, but not a great experience on arrival.

I was suprised as soon as i arrived. Tried to check in but they said room is not ready wait 5 min. Waited waited waited. Ending up waiting 4 hours. I checked in at 6pm!!!!!. They said the hotel is full!!!. Which is not my business. Tried to claim my money back they said it has to be through expedia. I will be waiting for your reply. You guys have to talk to them. I am a gold memeber with expedia and i request a refund or credit in the hotel or with you.

Quiet hotel
The hotel is very quiet and therefore not much of a vibe in the restaurants and bars. The building sites either side woke us up each morning. The swimming pool was excellent and the cocktails from the Beach Bar were good. breakdast was very expensive for our family of 5 so self-catered each morning.

Great Family Break
We stayed for two nights on a family get away. The front desk service was excellent - Ahmed was very helpful. The room was spacious and the beach/pool great. However, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and need to be looked at. Even so, was a most enjoyable experience.
