The staff were outstanding.

Posted 21-Oct-2016
Pros: Everything. Great for families. Defo go half board.
Cons: ? Nothing.
Location: Superb beach, pools and attractions. Great for kids. Restaurants are all gr8. Great buffet nights at Beachcombers. Take the buggy and boat tours.
Nothing was "too much trouble" for any of the staff, I only ever saw a genuine smile. They all clearly enjoy their jobs and are definitely there for you. Every need was catered for. Every whim fulfilled. I would recommend Jameirah Beech Hotel to anyone who enjoys a quality holiday.

Pros: Everything was wonderful, hard to distinguish the best bits!
Location: The location was perfect for us. There are plenty of things to do and are easily accessible by taxi or pre-arranged trips out.
We had an excellent room on the 13th floor with a beautiful sea view and views of the marina and also the Burj Al Arab Hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious and well serviced by housekeeping staff. There are many choices of restaurants available and the food was delicious. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the beach if you so wish. Nothing is too much trouble for any member of staff.

It is hard to beat this hotel location

Posted 18-Oct-2016
Pros: The Beach, the view
Cons: Dated interior design
Location: Beach is the best, looking at Burj al Arab at night - is mesmerizing
Its architecture is a nice compliment to Burj Al Arab, its beach is perfect, its amenities diverse and excellent. All is good, but for the fact that its interior has aged. The rooms we were first offered looked aged and had a musty smell. We were moved to remodeled room which has a newer look and smell, but its design and comfort - inferior to the overall look and stature of this property. Similarly - its lobbies and public areas are crying out loud for a remake. With so much design talent and cool hospitality ideas this excellent property is overdue for an overhaul. The people however are something else - so very kind, helpful, cheerful. The Executive lounge personnel, names elude me - but great folks in the serving area a( one from Goa I remember), and the ladies at the service desk as well. The Bulgarian woman artist selling airy and designy outfits in the retail area - is quite an asset.

In one word... Incredible. For adults and kids

Posted 16-Oct-2016
Pros: The staff and hotel facilities for babies and kids. They even hand out swim nappies for babies.
Cons: The only little thing I would say is that the lifts are quite small and only 4 lifts, it was difficult with a buggy esp if there were others waiting
Location: Onsite sinbad kids area, Wild wadi water park Emirate mall Dubai mall The beaches!!
Wow, what an incredible week we've had! My sons first birthday first flight and first holiday. The hotel is fantastic in the way it looks, super clean and stunning. The staff are another level! Having been on many luxury holidays without a child we are used to great service, it's that much more difficult with a child. The staff really understand how difficult it is for us parents and do everything they can to help, which includes playing with our son for a few mins while we enjoy some of the lovely breakfast or dinner. Pretty much anywhere you go the staff have an ethos about delivering great care and attention. We were deliberating between Atlantis and jumeirah beach hotel which would be better for our child and it was difficult to choose but we loved it and so did our son. It's the little details like having a play room in almost every restaurant for the kids to entertain themselves. At some point as our son grows we will try out the Atlantis but for now we're already planning our trip back to the jumeirah beach hotel. To summarise I would say... Dubai has many wonders to explore and see, great hotels you want to stay at but Jumeirah beach hotel gives you a reason to come back!!

Quaity break at Jumeirah Beach Hotel

Posted 07-Oct-2016
Pros: It has everything and more you need for a relaxing beach/pool holiday, Plenty of sun loungers, towels, clean beach and pools.
Cons: The showers leaked onto the floor in the bathroom. Food service around the family pool was intermittent.
We've just returned from a 9 days stay at JBH with elderly parents. It was their first visit to Dubai and they thoroughly enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and the attentitiveness of the hotel. So much so they plan to go back on their own. The rooms are of a high standard though the showers need some maintenance to stop the bathroom floor from flooding. That is not to detract from the absolute luxuriousness of the beds (the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel) and the sound proofing of the rooms which gave us complete silence in the night when people returned to their rooms. A great location and not too far from the various hotspots of Dubai if you need more than just a pool or beach.

Very busy check-in. Waited over 4 hours for a room

Posted 15-Sep-2016
Pool area had too few sun beds. It seemed the hotel lets non-residents in and the pool area was very busy

Wonderful Holiday

Posted 13-Sep-2016
Booked this hotel for locality and half board deal. We went for a balcony which was lovely and great for airing/drying with a superb view. The super king bed was amazing and comfortable. Large TV, nespresso type coffee, plenty of water and fruit offered. Cleanliness was excellent. Minor downside to room was shower seals worn so water leaked to floor a little and the fit of the balcony door wasn't great so a little extra noise experienced from outside. Neither of these dampened our experience, the food and restaurant options were exceptional for breakfast, lunch and dinner if needed (we were full on breakfast with half board dinner) Usual prices experienced for drinks in Dubai. You should know this if visiting the country. Access to Wild Wadi and ability to use Jumeierah's hotels other restaurants gave us a huge choice. Also the gym had plenty of kit and was never too busy. I would definately visit again.

Luxury hotel, perfect location.

Posted 10-Sep-2016
Pros: Pretty much everything. Pay for a club room (or better) and you get access to the awesome "Executive Pool".
Cons: The drinks are incredibly expensive, but I guess that's what you expect in Dubai. Check the price before you order!
Location: Perfect, with a white sandy beach and marina, overlooking the 7 star Burj Al Arab hotel. You can visit other sister hotels in the area.
This was our first trip to Dubai, we chose the hotel because of the stunning location and we weren't disappointed. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the location is awesome and the choice of restaurants and bars was spot on. A perfect holiday, we will visit again when we can.
