Please remove the carpets in the rooms they are too old and even cleaning them its now beyond hoovers I was sneezing all night ended up buying antihistami e tablets which is not good at all.the toilet sink drains very slowly and the tspe is damaged

The rooms were more than adequate and clean. Hot shower, coffee pot, fridge, and safe for your belongings. Restaurant on site was good and very reasonable. Walk to the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai. The only negative would be no gym & pool at the hotel but you can use the adjoining hotels facilities.

I recommend this property to other guests. During our 6 days stay when we requested something that we need, the staff delivers it in just few minutes. Location is convenient. We walk to the mall few times. Staffs are very courteous.

I was in queue to check in and check out- not enough staff to attend to customers. Saw 2 security guards but only 1 staff on duty at the desk. Asked for sleepers after checked in and was not in the room when we went back in the afternoon. Had to call for it. Electric kettle not working, only tea, no coffee. Mentioned to the front desk upon check out. Not a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay shame i was given one double bed room when i booked weeks in advance for two single bed rooms my mum is unwell and had to endure sharing a room with my sister the manager refused to fix this issue the location is the only good thing really not too far from downtown

The Terrace pictures gives the impression that you can enjoy a meal with a glass of wine e.g., but NO alcohol is allowed. Misleading unfortunately!

Stay away from IBIS mall of emirates
Cheap hotel if you want to stay without comfort , bed are bad bathrooms are worse when you take shower all the water comes out of the shower door which has quarter inch of opening from sides and bottom , my mother slipped as she came out of shower I complained but they didn’t care about it . If you turn on the sink tap slowly not to waste water all water comes on counter top. Shabby smelly carpet I changed my room twice same problem . Even manager Hannah or Hannan was not accommodating and agreeing to the problem but said I booked my reservation through Hotel.com that’s why she won’t put me next her her sister company Novotel which is attached to Ibis. Will never stay there again . Save yiyr money

Poor Quality old hotel
Poor Quality its very old hotel condition of carpet and rooms are very bad. It’s in prime location but there is another Ibis in 2 miles ( IBIS Barsha) that’s in great condition

I liked the proximity to the mall,nice The rooms are clean but the carpet is far too old and for me, with allergies and asthma it was a major inconvenience. I propose a change of carpets and possibly leave few rooms with tiles for those with allergies and asthma

Location is superb. Carrefour is right next to it. Mall of Emirates is on walking distance. Very nice turkish restaurant right in front and Filli restaurant a few places from property.
