It was a nice stay.

Positives: The water park is extremely fun, we loved the ocean as well. Overall, the hotel is beautiful aesthetically. Negatives: The food for me did not stand out even at the private restaurants of the resort. I felt as if the employees were overworked and underpaid (however this is just my perception) and I felt a little heartbroken.

Terrible service; staff are abruptly rude

Posted 10-Jan-2017
Stayed in group of 10. Staff love to say no to your requests. Security staff especially a guy name musefa was extremely rude, they ask for you to show your room card and only pick on foreigners, never the arabs. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. They forget that you as a guest are paying up to a £1000 a night for a room and don't have the common decency to smile and explain things nicely. Never again!

Euro Disney op Dubai. Zeer onpersoonlijk hotel.

Posted 08-Jan-2017

Good resort style hotel. Noisy guests though.

Pros: Location Facilities Beach
Cons: Racist staff Streamline security so you do not have to check guests every step of the way
Location: Nothing close by other than the beach and hotel facilities including the Atlantis water park. Everything else is a train or cab ride away.
Overall an ok experience. I liked the location, the facilities were great. What I did not like about it was the constant pestering staff. Literally in every second corridor or hallway, there is a staff member standing to stop you and check if you are a guest or not. Like cummon, you can definitely streamline that to an extent. I understand security, but this was ridiculous. I am a person of color, but have never experienced such outright blatant racism where I got stopped at every corner whereas alot of other guests were not. On top of all this, when I complained about noise in the corridor, it took 4 phone calls and the issue still went unresolved. There were guests shouting at each other in the corridor in the middle of the afternoon that didn't stop for like a good solid hour.

Stunning hotel and waterpark

Posted 01-Jan-2017
Service is second to none. Beautiful decor and very comfy beds. We had spectacular views on 22nd floor. Food and drink very expensive although most hotels are the same. Was apprehensive about staying so far from mainland but taxis are cheap. Airport transfer is only 90 - 110 dirhams and took 30 minutes.

A prefect mix of sun, sea and sand

Posted 30-Dec-2016
Pros: Location on the palm is fantastic. Rooms are large and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Water park and aquarium are a must-see!
Right from the start the staff at the Atlantis were warm. welcoming and extremely helpful. We were assisted during check-in and it is amazing how staff can sense that feeling of awe and being lost when you first arrive in the amazing foyer. Make sure you are wearing comfortable walking shoes when you arrive as the walk to your room can be tiring! It is worth it when you get there and admire firstly the room, and then the view. You can shop and eat at the Atlantis or catch one of the shuttles to the malls. Shuttles run from outside the main entrance according to a schedule you pick up from the concierge. Entrance to the water park is included with your stay and it is amazing. The sheer size and quality of rides makes it really worth a visit. If you don't fancy a stroll, you can hop on to one of the buggies that run up and down the beach. If there is not enough space, the driver will radio for another... excellent service! The aquarium is also found in one of the wings and is definitely worth a visit but for us, the water park was a clear winner. All in all, plenty to do in the hotel backed up with great service and friendly staff.

Fantastic Hotel

Posted 28-Dec-2016
Pros: Friendliness of staff and facilities
Cons: Turn the music down after a certain time especially when the music is being played in the open air
Location: If you need to venture out you will need to take a taxi or the monorail as there is not much else outside of the hotel.
Fantastic Hotel with great facilities, the only downside is the extremely loud music played at night, some nights until 3am! Great choice of places to eat with all food fantastic even though its a bit pricey. The upgrade to the suite was well worth it which give you access to even more facilities. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Atlantis and will return one day when our 2 year old has grown up!

Hotel da favola

Posted 27-Dec-2016
Hotel da favola, con l'acquario all'interno, lusso ed eleganza. Unica pecca lontano da Dubai e come tale obbligatorio l'uso del taxi per muoversi
