"Parking not best as not on site Drop off area at main door had staff vehicles parked and was difficult to drop off the other guests in my car for checking in😡 Staff did help after trying to move us on first but after explaining I was dropping off guests they backed down and helped with baggage"

The reception staff are welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area restaurants etc. The bar and waiting staff are superb and extremely friendly. "I loved it, the hallways, the decorations, the room was nice. I do have to say that the staff at the restaurant need to be more detailed oriented and service. However the quality of the drinks and the food was good. The only thing is that I tried to look where on the site I read that if staying at the Hotel the museum entry was free, I had that impression when I made the booking, when I ask the mention is not included. Still to pay for the ticket was worth it. On the Gift shop I wish they could sell the CD with the theme The Pursuit of Dreams! what an amazing theme you can feel the excitement and sadness. Is a beautiful piece. "
