We liked how close it was to the motorway. Good price with breakfast with last minute deal. Didn't like the noise of a banging door in the night on ground floor and noisy housekeepers yapping that woke me up too early

This is an older property, nothing fancy, its suitable for 1 night but not long term, very basic.

Great night
Quick check in with no problems room clean and in good order had a good nights sleep it was quiet and room was a comfy temperature breakfast was great plenty of food to go around but due to the number of people having breakfast the staff had difficulty keeping the plates and cutlery full other than that great service also easy check out.

Reliable, solid standards, roadside hotel
Welcome and assistance from trainee receptionist was excellent - she was friendly, helpful and very polite. Room was QUIET! and had black-out curtains! What Joy for a road-weary traveler! basic, as befits this category of hotel - crisp clean linens, good DOVE shower amenities, nifty bath entry door that also encloses the toilet section giving privacy if sharing the room. Good desk space with USB and UK plugs and bright desk light - chair was comfortable & adjustable. TV. Solid Wi-Fi. Door had strong security lock. Breakfast was tasty - cereals, fruits, breads & pastries, sausage, bacon, eggs, beans - jucies teas and coffee - buffet style. Plentiful clean tables as team were attentive when guest left a table/

not so good toilet facilities let you down
The toilet facilities let you down a tad: in room 309, the extra door on the loo serves only as an obstruction when you're in a hurry to get in there ! The toilet roll holder is placed so as to be difficult to access - behind you !! I recommend that you do a survey to ascertain what quality of loo-paper results in the lowest cost per bed-night (this should be easy). The inferior quality provided is only usable for me if I fold up 3 or 4 sheets first, so something 4 times the price might be cheaper ! And might have a more reasonable size, Cheap toilet paper is NOT a cheap option, imo

Wonderful stay
As usual a great stay. Have stayed here a number of times now when visiting our son and his family in droitwich. We have only complained once. Breakfast was great with a wonderful choice.

Great stay
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Car park was busy outside but had a mcdonalds and Harvester which was handy. Only complaint was that the room was cold and had to turn room heater/aircon off as it was pumping out at 21 degrees
