All unlocked spaces are available to guests. Locked rooms or closets are off-limits.

20 minutes → Grand Targhee Resort
1 hour → Jackson, WY
1 hour, 15 minutes → Grand Teton National Park
1 hour, 45 minutes → Yellowstone National Park

Please remember you are guests in a community that many make their permanent residence. It is important you are respectful and follow the same rules. Please read and abide!

• Please turn all lights off at night, the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley
• While we do not have cable, the television is streaming capable. Guests must provide their own logins.
• 20 MPH on all roads around the house
• NO EVENTS ALLOWED (this includes large parties hosted at home)
• NO PETS ALLOWED
• There are two fireplaces in the home. One is gas, the other is a wood-burner. Please exercise caution when using the wood-burner. Additionally, we do not provide firewood.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay. The home was very comfortable with lots of space for our large family. Host was always responsive with information and answering questions. Our stay was as amazing as the views!!!

Perfect Home Base for GTNP

This property was perfect for our big party. The kids had plenty to do in our free time at the house. We had everything we needed and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, including the complimentary Wydaho Coffee! The mattresses were very comfortable, the views of Teton were stunning, and the neighborhood was so serene.
