The bungalow is located freestanding behind our house in the garden area.

The following layout in the bungalow:
Hall - of which it is in the living room, in the bedroom, in the kitchen and in the bathroom (shower) with toilet. All room windows are equipped with shutters. All windows have insect screens. All rooms have underfloor heating regulated by outdoor temperature sensors.

The property has very convenient transport links, motorway A17 exit Prohlis, Kreischa and in all directions, city center, Saxon Switzerland, etc.
For the guest exists Parkmöglicheit in the property and will be charged per night on site.

In front of the bungalow in the warm season, a covered and illuminated Sitzmöglicheit for up to 4 people to cozy get-together to end the day. There is also the possibility for electric barbecue,

Please note that the property can be booked for a maximum of 4 persons (optimally 2 adults and 2 children), there is a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom.

Beim nächsten Mal bitte mehr Vertrauen und weniger Kontrolle

Einleitend kann man sagen, dass das Objekt für Tagesausflüge in und um Dresden gut gelegen, geräumig, gut eingerichtet, fußbodenbeheizt und sauber ist. Bereits im Check-in Vorgang wurden vom Vermieter jedoch Heizkosten in Rechnung gestellt, die im Angebot nicht aufgeführt waren. Gleichwohl diese der Jahreszeit durchaus angemessen sind. Mehr Vertrauen hätten wir uns gewünscht in einer Angelegenheit, die mit Kindern immer wieder mal passieren kann. Eines unserer Kinder hatte nachts eingenässt. Für die Matratze war dies offensichtlich keine neue Erfahrung, so dass unser Verschmutzungsanteil nicht mehr hinreichend zuordenbar war. Ein diesbezüglicher Kontrollgang des Vermieter in unserer Abwesenheit im gemieteten Wohnobjekt wirkte auf uns befremdlich! Ebenso die Kostenkalkulation für die zusätzlich bereitgestellte Bettwäsche. An dieser Stelle hätten wir uns etwas mehr Respekt der Privatsphäre, Kooperation und Serviceverständnis gewünscht.

Super sehr zu Empfehlen

Es ist einfach zu empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist ein super netter Kerl, kümmert sich echt um alles. Man hat alles was man braucht und kann sich super entspannen. Einkaufen ,Ausflüge etc. sind mit kurzen Wegen verbunden. Wir werden sicherlich öfter kommen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ideale, günstig gelegene Fewo für Kurztripp nach Dresden

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter; auch die Parksituation in der Straße war dadurch lösbar. Von dort sind Sehenswürdigkeiten u. Einkaufszentren gut erreichbar. Nach geeigneten Restaurants in der Umgebung sollte man besser online vorab suchen... oder die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche der Fewo nutzen. Haben uns mit den Enkeln auf alle Fälle sehr wohl gefühlt u. Dankeschön auch für das gesendete Foto.

Mein Mann hat den Aufenthalt und die Ruhe sehr genossen.

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt

Der voll ausgestattete Bungalow ist großzügig geschnitten, man hat ausreichend Platz. Die wirklich ruhige Lage im hinteren Teil des Grundstücks trägt zu einem angenehmen Urlaub bei. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Wir empfehlen das Ferienhaus gerne weiter.
