Surrounded by the tranquillity of a small, cobbled cul-de-sac, our accommodation promises a wonderful escape from the noise of everyday life, with the particular advantage of being in close proximity to the vibrant, trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt. The complex itself consists of two houses with a total of four holiday flats, all of which offer the comfort and privacy you need for a relaxing stay.  
  
Inside, our 65 m² holiday flat is waiting to welcome you with its light-flooded and friendly atmosphere. You will find a modern bathroom with window, equipped with washbasin, large mirror, shower and WC. The two bedrooms offer soft double beds that promise a restful night's sleep. The cosy living room is furnished with an elegant leather seating area and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen not only offers a dining area for four people, but is also equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: Cooker, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and kettle.  
  
The outdoor area invites you to linger with a covered patio in the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy the quiet hours of the day. Each flat also has its own car park, which makes checking in and out much easier. You can also park directly at the entrance to conveniently unload your luggage.
