Great location, comfortable + loads of space.
Easy check in and check out - staff were quite helpful when directing you to the correct apartment (as they are dotted around close by). Location is excellent. Not too far from the main train station and right in the middle of most of Dresden's sights. Apartments were clean (bar a few small issues in bathroom), comfortable, and warm (-10 Celsius outside at one point!).

This place was great for what we needed - a full apartment with a living room, bedroom and fully equipped kitchen. The receptionist was too kind and very sweet to us. The location was perfect and walkable to everywhere in Dresden. The only reason I am docking some points is that the internet was painfully slow, and that should not be a thing in 2023. I had an interview scheduled for that day and I had to turn my video off because it glitched so much.

The listing states the hotel room has a washer and a dryer. It does not have a dryer. The washer was broken and dirty. We spent hours in trying to wash the laundry but ended up in a big mess. We chose the hotel because of the availability of washer and dryer, but it was a sad disappointment.

Dear guest,thank you very much for your reservation and staying in our Aparthotel.Thank you very much as well for your rating, so we allways will get better.Our apartment has a washing machine and a dryer, the dryer is not a machine, it is a clothes dryer rack.Thank you very much for the important information, that the washing machine was broken and dirty, so we immediately send our technics to you. He cleaned the washing machine and repaired it. You were friedly and give us your laundry, so we washed it and took it in our dryer machine. Clean and dry we give you back your laundry. We are very sad, that your stay had this problem and you couldn't enjoy your stay at all.We hope, we will welcome you once more in Dresden, than we will do everything to find your full statisfaction.Best regards

Excellent stay in the center of Dresden. Clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in sister hotel. Can be somewhat loud because of central location, but was still acceptable.

Spacious even though downtown
This hotel had spacious rooms with a pretty well equipped kitchen except no microwave. It is centrally located to everything in Dresden! But be careful not to get locked out of the garage. Make sure you go out the correct door. Ask for the explicit instructions if you are driving a car into their carpel under the building!!!

Enjoyed our stay in Aparthotel Neumarkt. Large room, well equipped kitchenet, fast secure internet, very central location, minimarket next door, larger grocery store 10 min walk, clean, comfortable bed and high quality bedding, washing machine in the apartment. We arrived early, the room wasn't available, but they agreed to store our luggage. The room was big with full kitchen. There was a washer, but we did not use it. the hotel is in the historic city center

Best location in Dresden.
Great location. Close to all the sites in the old city and plenty of restaurants all at the door. Huge apartment with plenty of room. Warm and everything we wanted was there.

The location is very convenient n Near the tram station . It’s easy to find Restaurant n shops. The apartment is big enough for single . Couple and family. Only thing is it can’t check in before 3 pm . But if you are arrived in early fight , it’s not difficult to find coffee shop for waiting

Just what we were looking for.
Right in the heart of Dresden, much more so than we thought when booking. Nice room, very comfortable. Lots of space. he washer/dryer was a bonus we weren’t expecting. We were able to leave with all clean clothes for the final week of our trip.

We arrived early than expected, we were able to leave our luggage in storage, until check in time. The girl on reception wasn’t very welcoming, wasn’t helpful at all couldn’t even smile. The apartment is in a fantastic location. Christmas Markets right out side of the apartment. Restaurants close by, able to walk to most of the tourist spots. The apartment had very thing we needed.

Great location, Parking was close but a bit spendy, breakfast was a bit weak and in another building around the corner We were only there for one night so we didn't use the kitchen but it looked clean and very functional. Also had a washing machine we didn't use. A long term stay would be great here. Make your own breakfast.

Long happy weekend in Dresden
Hotel's position in Neumarkt is brilliant... only a stone's throw from the Frauenkirche and 5-10 minutes for most of the major sights in the City (Semperoper, Stadt Museum etc.). It's a short taxi ride from the Station or about 20-25 minutes lugging cases from the station on foot. Lots of good eating places close by. We chose the breakfast option and the buffet (a few minutes walk from the hotel itself) is varied and should suit all tastes. The rooms have good facilities in for simple cooking, coffee or tea making, fridge and glasses, crockery etc. (you could almost self cater!). Rooms have the same basic layout but are organised differently in each room. Not far to walk to tram/bus stops and Dresden has a well connected bus/tram system. The Garden City village of Hellerau is well worth a visit! (Particularly if you live close to the first one - Letchworth Garden City in England) Only slight grumble was not the hotel itself but the communication with Hotels.com - the hotel hadn't realised we were travelling in a group (presumably they just had 4 room reservations ordered) - not that they were connected so the initial allocation of rooms wasn't close together but the staff fixed that on arrival. With a group of 6 of us in 4 rooms, 5 people were on one floor and one was on the floor above.

Ideal location
Large suite in perfect location. Reception staff went above and beyond. Some noise fairly early with windows open when facing the square. Some spots on carpet but room very clean. Washer in unit. Perfect location for exploring Dresden.

We loved everything about our stay in this apartment. The location is perfect. We were able to park our car in the underground garage right under the hotel (it was €22/day), but my research told me that was a bit less than the other downtown parking. We left the car in the garage the entire time, because this hotel is close to everything. We walked and even took the very convenient train/bus to a few out of the way places. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The large kitchen met all of our needs. We would definitely recommend (and have) Aparthotel. We will probably be back. Dresden is an amazing city and 2 days just wasn't enough time.
