The cosy terrace leaves nothing to be desired, with a table, chairs, a parasol and a grill. There are two parking spaces in front of the house. The house was completed in 2012\. The apartment is suitable for four to five people and is fully-furnished and equipped. It has a living room with an open kitchen and access to the terrace, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a modern shower and a washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed 180c m wide, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, a dresser and bedside tables. The living room comprises a lounge area with a sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player and radio, and a dining and cooking area with an open kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table. The bathroom has a window, washing machine, massage shower, washbasin and WC. The hallway has cloakroom space and a shoe cupboard.
