It is the perfect place for your family, romantic, or sporty holidays. The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac directly overlooking hiking and mountain bike trails, leading you into the forest and towards the bar of Saint-Quinis. A very pretty villa of traditional construction on one level, on 2,300 m2 of enclosed terraced garden, without vis-à-vis. A large 5 x 10 m. swimming pool open from mid april to October depending on the weather, heated with a heat pump and benefiting from salt filtration (requiring no chemicals), secured by fall alarm and enjoying a pleasant open beach with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills. The villa comprises a large living room bathed in light, facing south with an insert fireplace and opening onto a vast covered terrace in absolute calm with a breathtaking view of the valley and the hills. A semi-open kitchen equipped with an intimate west-facing terrace ideal for gourmet breakfasts. Es ist sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und in jedem Zimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Der große, saubere und beheizte Pool mit der wunderschönen Aussicht in die Natur war ein Highlight – dort und auf der Terrasse haben wir viele entspannte Stunden verbracht. Das riesige, komplett umzäunte Grundstück war ideal für unseren Hund, der die direkte Lage am Wald mit vielen Spazierwegen sichtlich genossen hat. Das kleine Dorf ist charmant, mit Bäcker, Supermarkt und einer leckeren Pizzeria – morgens konnten wir unsere Hunderunde wunderbar mit einem Bäckerbesuch verbinden. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken: pittoreske Dörfer, Veranstaltungen im Sommer, ein idyllischer See und natürlich die Strände und Toulon, beides in rund 40 Minuten erreichbar. Wir waren ein paar Mal im Parc naturel de St. Baume, da gibt es tolle Wanderungen, bis hoch hinaus. Die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt – es war wirklich perfekt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ##### Christelle M. Haus: sauber, komfortabel, die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegtSchlafzimmer: groß, Matratzen ordentlich, Kleiderschränke mit Platz, klimatisiertAusstattung: Es ist alles vorhanden. Ersatzbettbezüge, Flyer zum Essen bestellen, Anleitungen und Hinweise für die Villa, Kaffemaschinen, Bügeleisen, Mixer, drei Tiefkühlfächer, es fehlt an nichts. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass nichts weggeschmissen wird, sondern die Sachen zum teilen da gelassen werden. Das ist nicht nur nachhaltig, sondern auch sinnvoll und praktisch..Nachteile: meiner Auffassungen nach, eignet sich das Baumhaus im hochsommer nicht als Schlafunterkunft. Wir kommen aber auch aus Norddeutschland und sind Temperaturen um die 36 bis 38 Grad nicht gewohnt. Es hat dennoch ein ordentliches Bett und Moskitonetze..Im Ort gab es einen kleinen Bäcker mit einer sehr netten Dame, sie hat uns ihre Telefonnummer mitgegeben und nach unserem Anruf, waren frisch gebackene, noch warme Croissants bereit..Die Gegend ist traumhaft. Wir waren in St. Tropez, Toulon, Monaco, Brignoles, Versole und kleineren Orten. Für jüngere und ältere Kinder, gibt es einiges in der Nähe. Läden zim Einkaufen sind auch in Reichweite. .Zwei Wochen reichen kaum aus, um die ganze Schönheit aus Süd Frankreich zu erfassen. Wij hebben een ongelooflijk fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis is heel erg praktisch en handig ingericht. De gang met slaapkamers is afgesloten met een tussendeur wat geluid tegenhoudt. De garage onderaan is ook heel erg handig. De airco zorgt voor een aangename woning in de warmte. De tuin heeft veel trappen, maar dit heeft ons zeker niet gestoord. Het terras en zwembad hebben een prachtig zicht! Het is een heel fijn zwembad en het terras rondom is perfect om te genieten! De enige opmerking die we zouden kunnen geven is dat de kasten in de woning niet overal proper waren (stof in de kledingkasten en keukenkasten, wat plak in de badkamerkasten) en dat er te weinig ligstoelen waren en diegene die er wél waren, zijn stevig gedateerd. Verder was de woning wel heel proper en de tuin heel netjes en goed voorzien van alles! Wij kunnen het alleen maar aanraden! ##### Karen B. Die Terrasse ist überdacht, man sitzt im Schatten mit wundervollem Blick ins Grüne. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist vorhanden, und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der große Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, so dass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Pool ist einfach nur toll, von der Poolterrasse kann man bis zum Ort hinunterschauen. Gilles ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, er hat uns alles erklärt und auch noch Tipps für die Rückreise gegeben. Der Rosewein im Kühlschrank war sehr lecker. Wir können dieses Haus absolut empfehlen. ##### Monika J. Wir haben zwei wundevolle Wochen in der Mas de Lilo verbracht! Es ist ein tolles, großes Haus, mit allem, was man braucht. Die Bäder sind renoviert und schön und in jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage, die bei der Hitze in den zwei Wochen ein Traum war. Der Pool ist herrlich und wir hatten großen Spaß. Die Bäume ringsherum haben auch genügen Schatten geboten. Es wäre aber schön, wenn es ein paar mehr Liegen gäbe. Der Kontakt mit Gilles ist unproblematisch und da er perfektes Englisch konnte, gab es auch keine Verständigungsprobleme. Seine Frau und er sind sehr nett und bemüht, alles in Ordnung zu bringen, wenn Probleme auftreten. Im Ort gab es einen kleinen Supermartkt, in dem man morgens frische Bagutte, Pain de Chocolat und Brioche holen konnte. Außerdem gibt es eine tolle Bar, in der wir Essen waren. Die Pizzeria war ausgebucht und hatte dann Betriebsferien. Aber alles war fußläufig zu erreichen und das ist ein großes Plus. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Haus! Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt, und kommen bestimmt eines Tages wieder. Und Gilles ist der beste Vermieter ever. Wir wurden so herzlich willkommen geheißen und so lieb verabschiedet. Foto´s zijn zoals het huis is. Lakens, handdoeken, vele keukenmaterialen, 2e extra koelkast/vriezer, wasmachine.. Mooi, proper en ruim zwembad. De airco is een grote plus zeker bij de hitte tijdens ons verblijf. Gille is een aangename gastheer die snel reageert en goed communiceert. Kleine tip, 2 extra tuinstoelen op het terras en een paar extra ligbedden aan het zwembad zou het verblijf voor 8 personen verbeteren. We losten dit op door 2 keukenstoelen op het terras te zetten.
