"My stay here was enjoyable. It was the perfect location, half way between our homes and in the resort area of North Central AR just 2 miles from Hardy AR and the Spring River. The room was very clean, new tiled floor and new furniture and beds. We really enjoyed the soft comfortable beds. Housekeeping was excellent and management available as needed. "
Vacation Condo #5 2BR with full kitchen, walk to river and shops, pets welcome
10/10 Excellent
"Perfect place for a quiet stay. The property was nice and clean, and the owner is amazing to work with, with great communication. We will definitely be back!"
"Perfect little cabin on the river. Listing had everything that was listed. I had several pretty chilly nights and it had adequate heat to keep me warm! Plenty of cookware. Rather large kitchen for a cabin this size. From my understanding the owners live next door to the property, but they never once botbered me which is nice! Easy to get in and out. Road is a little bumpy in/out but any vehicle can make it. Would love to stay again in the summer so i can enjoy the outdoor seating and river more!"
"Nice size, loved the porch and heater on it! Location was great and loved being in town. Floor was sticky, trash can nasty and no trash bags. We went and bought some to use. Cleanliness was not what i would have expected for the a rental. Refrigerator had old icecream and an old half eaten popsicle in it also not clean from previous renters. Could not figure tv out. One in shuffle board room was live roku but not in bedroom Got on something in living room thst showed a few today interviews. But no live tv. I contacted the lady and she was very nice to try to help, but we never figured it out. I was not putting my info into someone else's tv for streaming. Parking was wonderful. We ended up leaving a day early due to being done in our tournament and not being comfortable with floor sticky and no television, train whistling and trucks going by all night long. We did not sleep well. But know that cant be helped . Wish our other people who where supposed to come could have, due to health problems they had to cancel. Would have been a great size and a fun location. "
