Hyatt Place Philadelphia/ King of Prussia
Breakfast looked like a complete mess, no upkeep, food and trash everywhere. No working ice machines in the entire hotel. Had to go downstairs to the front desk to get any. Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia City Avenue
The hotel was great but exceeded by the staff. In particular I want to call out Floyd who made our check in process, after a long drive, most enjoyable. A great asset for the hotel.
