Conveniently located for tours sightseeing. We walked to the downtown are. Very vibrant. Had drinks,ate dinner and then took an Uber back.

Enjoyed my stay - very clean
Enjoyed my stay at Mainstreet Inn; Very clean hotel. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Beds could use a topper to add comfort. Sheets, Pillows very comfortable. Many stores near by along with great Mexican restaurant attached to hotel.

Great Value! Great Location!
The Mainstreet Inn offered a comfortable and clean place to spend New Years Eve after spending a terrific evening at Poco's Restaurant and the Comedy Cabaret in Doylestown. One couldn't ask for a better location as the businesses share adjoining parking. There was plenty of hot water, the fridge was spacious, the pillows and mattress were comfortable, and the linens were clean. The gentlemen in the office were very nice too!

I was very satisfied with my stay. I do need to note (and they do specify this) there is no lobby. This is motel style where access is outside. It was clean and staff friendly.

The outside is a little run down but the rooms are being renovated and refreshed. It was clean and comfortable and there are lots of restaurants and attractions in easy waking distance.

It was obviously at one time a smoking room. A very stale smell of cigarette smoke from front to back. The people at the front desk said it's from smoke coming in from the front door while smoking outside. I'm not stupid, I know what deeply embedded cigarette smoke smells like.

Ken thank you for your critcism. You are correct it is difficult to make an older property look modern. We try to maintain our property even with lower rates. The Hampton inn and Homewood Suites are also available in town. Please request a refund next time so you can get to a wonderful hotel.next time. there is no need for you to stay and suffer.

From photo I thought the inn was in town. It is not. No way to walk anywhere. The rooms are supposed to be smoke free but the two we were offered stank of cigarettes. We opened window, despite the cold. The bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom clean, with ready hot water. But, there was only one tiny piece of soap. Coffee maker didn’t work and no coffee available in lobby. Wi-Fi strong and man at front desk very nice and accommodating. Also, easy access to major expressway if one is passing through town.

The propery was convemiently located to New Hope and other local attractions. It was clean but appeared older. New updates would be a good investment in the long run. Another suggestion is to have some plasticware for 2 people or more. Overall it was well worth the Money!

Convenient location in Doylestown, but …the AC sounds like an airplane in a room. I woke up at 4am and couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Mattress not extremely comfortable.

This property is what was once known as a “travel lodge.” It isn’t over the top fancy, but it was immaculately clean, comfortable, convenient & safe. There is a little taverna in walking distance & gas & convenience stores & coffee shops within driving distance. It had everything I needed for a one night stay in an unfamiliar location for a funeral. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for a night while visiting New Hope. The room was clean and comfortable and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. The room also had a mini fridge and the water pressure in the bathtub was great. Service was also good and friendly. The only drawback was that some of the lights and the alarm clock didn’t work.

The room smelled like mildew. The air conditioner was loud and was not very efficient. Worst of all, the bathroom fan that comes on when you turn on the light made terrible sounds. It was like it had to psych itself up with grinding noises to work. The noise it made to do so was loud and grating. I was afraid we were waking up others or disturbing them with the noise. We couldn't get out of there fast enough in the morning.

This “motel” was horrible! The only towel rack was broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, soap amenities didn’t lather, no hair dryer, bed was clean but poorly made. It’s very old and not very well kept up. This place may be cheap but still not worth the money we paid.

I'm giving the property a middle of the road review. Most reviews are either great or terrible but if you look at the property for what it is the rating should be more in the middle. The price was right and the room was clean which are pluses. The mattress was tired and the room décor was bad which were negatives. If you're expecting a Hampton or Fairfield you'll be disappointed but if you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a clean room and good shower for a night this should fit the bill.

Was convenient and quiet. We liked the restaurant attached and went to the comedy show also which was fun. We were not able to shut the drapes so it was very bright in the room while we slept.
