"The front desk lady that helped me (Ms.T) was amazing and wonderful. My flight was delayed and a big bus had come in filled with students. The hotel was almost sold out and she made sure to make this one of the best stays I have ever had. She was able to get me into a room at last minute, and it was amazing! The service she provided me made a horrible night of delays so worth it! I appreciate her and the wonderful Embassy suites staff so much! Thank you!"
