"Nice hotel, close to everything"
I enjoyed my stay. The hotel had a good breakfast, was clean and was in a convenient location. It is good if you are in Toronto on business and need a decent priced hotel to stay in.

"Great location near Yonge and subway"
Arrival: check in very slow, busy, 1 person on desk, but he was apologetic. Hotel having renovations done. Floors, entrance clean, tidy. Parking underground, small, no elevator to main floor, old, but it was dry and convenient to lobby. Room: clean, tidy, nice big windows, not much of a view as we were looking at apartments etc., . Coffee maker in room. Windows open, which is a nice plus, fresh air is good. Pillows: nice choices, soft and firm. Heater/AC: works well, we used some heat of course, being February Bathroom: small but functional, water never did get very hot for shower, but warm enough to not send you yelling from cold, :). Beds comfy, however the one bed, not sure if fresh linens as there was some dirt, and some sort of stuff, on the bottom sheet. By the time we noticed we were to tired to call for a bed change, so we just left the other sheet in place and it all worked out. Large size room, as we were able to accommodate a single air mattress, enough room for a double air mattress. Elevator clean, and pretty quick.

"Well-kept hotel in downtown Toronto"
The Econolodge more than met my expectations. It is in a very convenient location although it is right next to a pretty sketchy neighborhood. The room was small but adequate, clean and had been updated; everything was comfortable and the staff friendly.
