Room was clean. Felt room lacked amenities for a hotel of this stature. If you’re handicapped this is not the place for you. Way too many stairs. Difficult to get to your room. Grounds lovely. Breakfast brunch ok. Would have preferred a real restaurant with ala carte ordering. Felt staff could’ve been more forthcoming about the breakfast brunch and the restaurant. We discovered what we needed to know on our own. Not sure if I’d stay here again.

Room 400's bathtub had black organic growth all along the end of the tub near the drain. Very visible. Not sure why it has not been removed. The bath towels were small. The rest of the room was clean. Overall, the hotel was nice for a dated building. It is ready for a renovation. Staff was very nice. The breakfast was typical free breakfast.

It looks kinda shady from the outside but it’s actually pretty nice once you get inside. The walls are thin so we could hear the neighbors next door chatting or watching tv. Beds were ok, not terrible. Not far from downtown either, for the price it was good.

The whole property is very maintained. Dinner and drinks in the bar area and the indoor pool were nice perks. We had a suite on the 8th floor and were surprised by the size, comfort and furnishings. From the friendly check in to our departure...very satisfied !

The hotel location and staff were nice! I personally wasn't a huge fan of the room. Reason being- The room was old and wasn't to my standards. The sprinkler head was coming from the wall, and there must have been a lot of condensation around the windows.
