Old place to stay

Pros: I liked the bar next door The Lodge.
Cons: Room size and bathroom size.
Location: Location is why we picked this place, but not again.
It was the second time we stayed here. It seems like it was just yesterday. The hotel had very few improvements. I know this is a old hotel and limit on what they can do, but the rooms are small and the bathrooms are even smaller.

这个酒店位置不错,步行去码头也很近,服务人员态度也很好。房间空间一般,不过这个价位真心不错,还有咖啡壶,对于想喝口热水的人来说真的太好了。

Hotel staff was very informative about things to do in the area as well as restaurant recommendations. Valet service was also prompt when we requested the car. Thanks for a great stay.

Old hotel but for the price it was great

Pros: Location. Wine tasting.
Hotel is old and the lobby's cramped. We had a couple issues with the room but they were resolved. The wifi was Intermittent. The room itself was small but comfortable. There was wine every afternoon. It is within walking distance of the train station, Pike Street, and restaurants the sports stadiums. I'd stay here again.

Nice clean small room that reminded me of a cruise ship room. Just big enough for 2 people as long as the bathroom was not required by both at the same time.

Hi, and thanks for the review! I do apologize about the bathrooms. The hotel was built in 1928, and the bulding styles are not what we're used to. We have been renovating and remdoeling for the last two years. We have removed 20 rooms so far, and there are many more changes to come. I'm happy to see you had a good stay overall, despite the bathrooms. We would love to have you as a guest again if you find yourself in Seattle. Thanks, again.

nice hotel, close to the market!

great staff nice hotel, expensive valet but parking around that area is expensive. rather take the valet then try to move the car from one street parking to another (2 hrs max meters all around)

The staffs were really nice. But, room and restroom are surprisingly small. It is a convenient spot for experiencing downtown, but it is all.

Central location, but uncomfortable stay.

Tiny, poorly laid out rooms, in mediocre condition. Renovation of hotel only really to lobby and surface layer of the rest, leaving the rooms and hallways stuffy and musty. Sheets so course I could barely sleep on them, and towels tiny and rough on your skin. Great location but hotel not as advertised.
