"Located steps away from the Old Port section of Portland, the hotel is close to many restaurants and breweries. Our room was spacious and bathroom was very clean. Loved the shower, and the air conditioner and heat functioned very well. We traveled with two children (10 & 5) and they really enjoyed the pool, which is located to the side of the elevators in the lobby. Pool was smallish, about 15’x25’, depth going from 3 feet to 5 feet at the far end. Water was pleasantly warm too which was great. Our 2nd floor room was just around the corner from the elevators and the fitness room, which we used too. It comes equipped with two Peleton bikes, three treadmills, three eliptical machines, barbells, and pulls. Area seemed safe, many shops and restaurants nearby and minutes away. I would recommend staying at this hotel. Also, parking is valet only at $35. "

"Fantastic (the best for comparable hotels) location. The room can feel dated compared to something like AC hotel, which is on the water but not central. Service is great, the Windows have interesting visitas. Bathrooms are dated and rooms are tighter than comparable."
