"Staff were amazing, great customer service at the front desk and the hotel bar. The rooms size was good and seemed well maintained and clean. Common areas were also very well kept. The beds were a bit soft for my liking, but that is really the only negative. They should maybe work on an alternative to giving everyone plastic water bottles at check-in, but it is nice to get cookies and a drink when arriving."
