We checked in very late at night & the night clerk was very friendly. The rooms were small, but clean and I felt like the hotel was safe. The only thing I had expected was hot water, but I came to realize over the trip that hot water is not always standard in Brazil.
The hotel is suitably located 2 mins from the Square and Theatro Amazonas. The Amazon tour offices are located right opposite to the hotel.
The staff were really nice and tried their utmost to ensure we had a good stay and comfortable stay. Satisfactory breakfast as well.
The private rooms are small but comfortable for 2 people but the bathrooms are quite intimate, be warned.
Arrived very late / early morning due to flight but were able to check in without any problem - although we had to pay even though Expedia had told us we had already paid in full!
Clean, basic but with air conditioning.
Helpful in checking we'd been for breakfast.. and check out.

Eduardo, the manager went out of his way to help us with our accommodations. Hotel is next to the theater and great restaurants. Rooms are clean and big. Price of hotel is worth every penny. We are a family of 2 kids/2 adults and room was set up with 4 beds which was nice. Thanks Eduardo for all your help. Eva and Jorge.
Located minutes by foot from places of interest, best restaurants and Amazon tour operators' offices, this is a reasonably priced hotel with helpful staff and nice rooms. Asked at the reception about best fish and meat restaurants in the walking distance, got excellent advice. The only inconvenience detected: we could not figure out how to turn off/turn down the AC. Getting too cold in tropical climate was a bit unusual.
"Clean quiet hotel close to Manaus historic centre"
Staff were very obliging. Toom was veryclean, if a little spartan.
Rom was a bit small, but quiet. In close proximity to Teatro Amazonas, and the historical centre, very convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast included made the morning get-away to the airport convenient.
Downtown Manaus stretches to the shore of the Rio Negro. Find Amazonian produce and cuisine in the Mercado Municipal, a short journey from the port and marinas. Modern office buildings and residences mingle with historic structures such as the Teatro Amazonas, which hosts an annual opera festival, and Palacio Rio Negro. You can enjoy a meal of local fish dishes at Canto da Peixada.
