We were staying in Krabi en-route to the islands; Dee Andaman was the perfect stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made us feel very welcome. Check in was really easy and we were provided with everything we needed. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a free shuttle into town and airport transfers are available too for a small fee (approx 50THB for two). This is great value for money, highly recommend staying here and would stay here again in a flash. Thank you Dee Andaman!
The hotel is not 4 star by European standards really a 3 star. The location is in town so if you want the beach this is not for you. The spa is currently closed. The staff are helpful. If you want a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings this is ideal.

Rooms are exactly like they say and look in brochures. Staff friendly and more than helpful. Only complaint which we bought up with management was 2am checkins and the noise caused disturbed sleep. But otherwise faultless.
Excellent location next to the Night Market and close to the river. Everything in the town is in walking distance. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu was simple but nicely cooked - menu was choice of eggs plus salad and ham or sausage. The rooms are attractively decorated and comfortable. There aren't many extras (e.g. no tea/coffee facilities). Air conditioning didn't work properly in our first room, but staff willingly changed us to another room so no problem. Overall, we really enjoyed our 4-night stay.
Good size, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, good working air con, shampoo/ shower gel provided, bathroom not the cleanest one but can not blame the cleaner as bathroom tiles do not have grout so just wear a flip flops while showering and all will be fine. Very nice staff, helpful and will always welcome you with the smile. Renting a scooter with hotel hustle free (no deposits or asking for passport) just pay 200 B and it is yours for 24hrs.

The hotel was clean. The room was beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly. I found Khanda who worked at the receiption desk to be a very helpful and friendly. She made us feel welcome and saw to our requests. She does things promptly when asked. I have been to many hotels on my trip. I find the person at the front desk makes a big difference. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
This hotel has everything we needed (maybe minus a kettle), even a Fox Movies channel!
It was clean and spacious and everything worked, except the sink which kept blocking up but we mentioned it to the reception and it got sorted straight away
It was a lovely stay, the only negative was the staff didn't speak great English so we couldn't ask for advice on travels.
It is a 10 min walk to the centre of Krabi town and only 20 mins from the airport depending on mode of transport. We took the airport bus and it dropped us right outside.
On the way back we stood outside the hotel with our baggage and flagged down a shared taxi/truck and he took us for 100 baht
