Hotel with free parking and close to PATH train st

Posted 14-Oct-2017
We like this hotel for the fact that it's close to a PATH train station and offer free parking. It's also close to the Liberty State Park where we went and took a ferry ride to the Ellis island and Liberty Statue park. There are also any restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here before the President's Cup. Easy access to Liberty National. Seems like it would be a great NYC option too, it's right there.

Perfect for us

Posted 25-Sep-2017
We needed a place to stay that was close enough to our daughter but that didn't break the bank and The Holland fit the bill. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the City, We drove, so we went back and forth to her place a couple of times a day, We did have to pay the toll for the Holland tunnel each time we went over to her place but it was still worth it. Our room was quiet, with very little to no outside noise which was surprising being that we were right nex to the tunnel and a ton of traffic. The staff went out of their way to help us, they were knowledgeable and friendly. There is a very sweet little patio outside for people to enjoy their breakfast. We didn't stay to eat, but were grateful to be able to go down and grab a tray for coffee, pastry and fruit. We only stayed two nights so chose not to use the maid service so I can't comment on that. Nothing fancy about The Holland, but it was perfectly located, comfortable, clean and friendly and we are very happy to have given it a try because we will definitely be going back.

Uncomfortable little hotel

Posted 21-Sep-2017
This hotel might be acceptable at $75 a night. It feels old and dirty. First time in a long time that I had springs poking me from a mattress.

The Holland Is Close To The Tunnel

Posted 09-Sep-2017
Pros: I liked just about everything about the hotel. The help was very friendly and the room was very nice.
Location: The Holland was a couple blocks away from my son's apartment and a cab ride into the city. What's not to like.
My stay at The Holland was very enjoyable for me. My son lives a couple blocks down and this place couldn't have been better. For awhile it was hard for me to fall asleep with all the traffic but overall it wasn't that bad. I can't wait to stay there again.
