Good location. Clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of varieties, delicious omelettes made to order. The shower was equipped with a modern widget to control hand-held or shower water temperature. It didn't quite work as desired. It started well but kept oscillating between 85-102 deg F which kind of gave a funny and not so pleasant experience with the water temp fluctuation. Maybe it was only in my room.

I REALLY liked the shower with multiple shower heads and able to control the water temp electrically with screen in the shower. However, the shower design was flawed because water would flow along the edge and out onto the floor. We immediately called to report it so that we didnt get charged for anything crazy. Breakfast was wonderful. Buffet with omelette and waffle station!

This is our third or fourth time staying at Clayton and we love it! The price is incredibly reasonable considering the elegance and accommodations provided. The continental breakfast was delicious, and the staff superb. We WILL return!

The staff was amazing!!! Front desk staff was superb especially Ariel. Breakfast staff was fabulous especially Keba! These two staff elevated our stay to outstanding! Thank you Ariel and Keba! Overall our stay was wonderful in all areas!!

The hotel is very nice. It was clean , the rooms are large, and it was reasonably priced. The manager was very kind but the staff the night before yelled at my daughter bc she was promised a crib for her 10 month old and had to check out. The next morning I called to ask what time breakfast was and was told I should look at my instructions.

It took 3 times for the desk clerk to activate our rooms keys, went back and forth 3 times between the desk and room. They should have brought the keys to us after the first time.

Our room was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were right next to the elevator which resulted in more noise than we would have liked. The breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. Also, all staff members provided excellent service, which we greatly appreciate.

We stayed with our furry son and it was amazing! So many different activities to do around the area and the hotel was in walking distance of a beautiful park that we took our son to daily. Although we were out most of the time I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Staff was amazingly helpful, kind, courteous and above all respectful! Nothing but 5 star service for us overall.

Great quit location close to metro and short drive into St. Louis or the park. Nice pool and game room for the kids. You can tell the hotel was very beautiful but starting to show its age. Overall pretty clean and quiet and looks like the rooms have been renovated but maybe not the best quality of work. Breakfast was very good and made to order omelet was great as well as the food service staff. Overall good hotel.

Our room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower got nice and hot. The complementary breakfast was excellent as well. I hope we get the chance to stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. we had our grandson with us and his pack and play broke so we asked for a crib. They let us use one. We ended up taking him to the ER we didn’t get out of the ER until 6:30 AM and our checkout was at 10 They let us do late check out. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Parking garage is great.

The only 2 stars for staff are for the few people there that were actually polite. My son is in a wheel chair and their dining room has no ramp to get down into the seating area. So when i asked for a togo container to bring food to him one of woman was extremely understanding and wanted to help, where as the other woman acted like we just ruined her whole day and rolled her eyes at the situation. Maybe if you are going to have a ramp to get up to your dining area put a ramp to make the seating area accessible for handicap. The other thing they dont tell you until you see it for yourself is that you have to walk around the pool to get to the arcade which my sons wheelchair also could not fit through or in because the room was so small. They also put us right under the ballroom floor and had a loud party going on until after 11pm. I am all for parties, but dont stick guests that have young kids under that floor. Why dont you block that floor out for the guests renting that room and staying there. When i had called the front desk to ask about how late it would go til the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me. Will never go back there.
