"-The Rooms are always comfortable and modern. We enjoy the staff which is always helpful. -The staff looked and there were no luggage carts available for either check-in or check-out. Handicapped and staff helped with luggage to room. -The Lockout room next to us had numerous young children that were screaming like this was their playground. The Lockout door was opened and slammed shut numerous times by the kids - glad we had our side locked. - Booking through Expedia we did not get our IHG Points. The Staff made the correction - thank you. -We'll be back next month for another stay. -Our stay was great as always. Except for the things beyond their control."

"I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but I really didn't need to be. Everything was fine, staff were great, breakfast was a good continental offering. Room was clean and tidy, towels provided. We stayed for one night, then used the shuttle to get to the cruise port, which cost $15 each. I do believe that the airport shuttle is free. It is on a very busy road, so some traffic noise, but nothing that bothered us. "

"The hotel was in a good location and it was an easy stop the night before our cruise. The room itself could use some updates and it wasn’t the cleanest. There were some stains on the furniture that grossed us out a bit. Glad we’re only staying one night. "

"Was a great experience. Near ports for cruiseships, $9/pp shuttle to the port, easy to arrange once present at hotel. Enjoyed the pool. Walgreens across the street for any 'sundries' or pre-cruise needs. We didn't get to walk much but there seems to be some ice cream and shops nearby"
