"All staff were excellent, including the front desk, the bar, the breakfast crew, and the cleaning.
In particular, Sol at the front desk was fantastic. She took care of all our needs and questions, she mOved our heavy bags in and out of storage, and she exuded light and positivity every time we passed through the lobby.
