"The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor, so had to drag 2 large suitcases up the steps which wasn't ideal. We had heard that it had been out for awhile so that was a little concerning. The pool was also closed while we were there for an issue of some sort. Along with the hot tub. The condo itself was very nice, lots of space and all the amenities of home. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. It just needed another mirror in the bedroom so more than one person can get ready at a time. Definitely would go back there."

"So dog friendly and convenient to downtown Asheville. The place is clean and a good value for the $$ What we didn’t like is the pool. Not nearly enough lounge chairs. You should get rid of the cabanas on the one side inside the fence and put out more loungers for the regular guests. Also, the pool is a bit small for the number of rooms you have. But, too late to fix that. "

"Cute little hotel. Perfect location. Very close to Biltmore and reasonably priced. Huge rooms. Very clean. Honestly very surprised on the size of the homeless population in Asheville. Does not reflect the hotel by any means but just something we noticed. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the complimentary snacks and drinks. We are definitely going back for another stay."

"The stay was fine overall and a decent place to lay your head for the night. It's close to most of the stuff downtown when is convenient. My only gripe is the elevator was quite slow and we resorted to just walking the stairs when we came and left haha."
