The room was small but quit nice which overlooks the car park and back garden the room furniture was old but good quality the bathroom had recently been refreshed and was clean We felt the breakfast which was expensive and should have been included in the room price the dining area was tired and in need of re furbishment Great location a short walk across the a lovely well lit park took you to the city centre, rail and bus station, river, shopping area and museums A really nice place to visit

Perfect.
Absolutely excellent service. Wonderful people. Great food. We enjoyed our visit so much. Beautiful facility. All of the employees were singing while they worked. That says something about a place.

Family run hotel where everyone is invested in the business and it shows. Nice room, good food, friendly staff

Nothing, outside no parking space, very noisy until midnight. Wash basin drain is blocked. For the price i paid it is Not worth it. Very disappointed.

Sorry to hear the disappointment with your recent stay. I was surprised to see your review as when you checked in it was explained that there was a function and the music would finish by 11.45pm prompt. When you checked out in the morning I asked if everything had been ok and you said yes. I sincerely wished you had mentioned your issues with parking as this could have quickly been resolved. Thank you for mentioning the issue with the water not draining, I will now get maintenance to look into this.

It was a rustic old property that surprisingly had vehicle charging points available. Staff were excellent

Great stop-over in Kings Lynn.
This is a small, friendly hotel. It's a 10-15 minute walk into the historic area. The hotel room was fine and there is a nice bar which serves excellent light meals.

We didn't think much about the bed squeaking every time one of us rolled over and the mattress was a little soft for my bad back. Also we found three spiders in the bathroom. However the room was well appointed and comfortable in every other respect. The breakfast and dinner we had were good and enjoyed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

After booking with the property I contacted the property to check it was dog friendly I was advised I’d been moved to a dog friendly room there was a £10 cleaning charge. When we arrived they hadn’t moved us said they’d allow us to stay? But said I would be charged £20 cleaning for their mistake (the rooms we’re not spotless)

Pleasant stay
Staff at Stuart House were very welcoming and pleasant. They were relaxed and the room was clean. The only downside was the shower pressure which was poor but I suppose couldn't be helped. A comfortable bed and easy access to town and its amenities.

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff.
Good hotel. Made welcome. Good breakfast. Had a problem with the shower head holder in the morning, needed maintenance. Reported it to reception. Hotel were unaware of the issue but now they know and I am sure they will have it sorted for the next guests. Over all give this hotel a try. I think you will have a good experience.

Good Value Hotel
Efficient check in, we booked a small double room which was adequate for our one night stay. Breakfast was good value for £10. Great service throughout our stay.

Pleasant Hotel
It was no problem for the hotel to give me a late check out, which was much appreciated, room had a musty smell and unfortunately the toilet had not been cleaned from a previous occupant, the rest of room was clean however. There was a beer festival going on at the hotel which was not a problem as i work nights but in the morning dismantling eveything was a little noisy but i felt the contractors were doing their best to keep it to a minimum. Nice shower, good wifi and parking ok.
